1. Subscription Terms and Non-Refundability
Nile plans are billed in upfront three-month increments to ensure server resources are allocated and isolated for your storefront. We do not offer refunds, reversals, or proration credits for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your subscription, your account remains active until the end of your current 3-month cycle, and no further charges will apply.
2. Custom Domain Exclusions
Custom domains registered through Nile's platform are bought directly from international registries for a fixed 12-month period. Domain name registrations are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled once executed. Cancelled merchant stores will retain domain registration rights until the end of the 12-month term.
3. Custom Managed Setup Packages
Fees for Nile custom setup packages (where platform managers assist in design layout and initial product mapping) are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Standard subscription rules apply thereafter.
4. Payout Disputes & Settlement Reversals
Disputes raised by buyers on your store (chargebacks) are subject to the terms of the processing gateway. Nile does not reverse card processing fees applied by Stripe or Paystack on completed checkouts. In the event of merchant transaction errors, payout reversals will be audited and processed within 14 business days, minus processing margins.
